VBET and Pompey have committed to providing the most innovative responsible gambling partnership in football by collaborating with the PlayOn Agency through their BettorMind service.
BettorMind will independently advise the Portsmouth x VBET partnership on how to further tailor the responsible gambling messaging to engage Pompey fans.
This partnership will build on the work already being done by VBET and Pompey with the Gambling Commission, GambleAware and Gamcare.
This innovative approach will deliver strategies and content that reinforce responsible gambling behaviours within the Portsmouth fanbase, with the aim of delivering socially-responsible results for the long-term partnership between the club and the online betting company.
The campaign will be distributed across VBET and Portsmouth FC channels and focus on building positive engagement around responsible gambling.
Pompey chief commercial officer Anna Mithcell said: “We are excited to be one of the first football clubs to be working in partnership with VBET and BettorMind to provide responsible gambling content and support to our fanbase to ensure this information and knowledge is accessible to everyone.

The partnership between VBET and Pompey began in December 2020. Since then, the global betting company has supported Pompey’s award-winning community scheme with collaborations such as the VBET Match Day Party and VBET Matchday Pies promotion, which both saw Blues fans receive gifts and live match passes at home when they were unable to attend on match day.
