Danny Cowley has rung the changes for this evening’s Papa John’s Trophy group stage match against Sutton at Fratton Park.
He has made eight changes from the side that thrashed Sunderland on home soil in the league 10 days earlier.
Sean Raggett, Mahlon Romeo and skipper Lee Brown are the only players to keep their place in the starting line-up.
Alex Bass returns between the sticks, while Paul Downing and Haji Mnoga – allowed to play in this competition despite his loan switch to Bromley – also feature.
The other players to come in are midfielders Louis Thompson and Michael Jacobs, as well as forwards Reeco Hackett, George Hirst and Gassan Ahadme.
Academy trio Toby Steward, Izzy Kaba and Harvey Hughes are all named among the substitutes.
