Reeco Hackett comes into the Pompey side for this afternoon’s League One match at Accrington.
He replaces Ryan Tunnicliffe in one of two changes from the side roundly beaten by Ipswich on home soil earlier in the week.
The other switch sees Kieron Freeman drop to the bench to make way for Connor Ogilvie in the back-line.
