Michael Smith's opener came against the run of play, but Marcus Harness drew Danny Cowley's side level early in the second half.
But a goalkeeping error allowed Smith to net again and the visitors then capitulated, with Richard Wood and Ben Wiles completing a 4-1 win for the Millers.
