He replaces Reeco Hackett-Fairchild in one of five changes from the side narrowly beaten at MK Dons the previous week.
Mahlon Romeo, Paul Downing, Ronan Curtis and Ellis Harrison are the other players to be handed a start.
John Marquis, Joe Morrell and Kieron Freeman join Hackett-Fairchild on the bench, while Clark Robertson misses out through injury.
