Information for supporters who require wheelchair or ambulant tickets

9 September 2021

Pompey ticket office

Pompey are providing disabled supporters with a priority window for purchasing tickets for nine League One fixtures at Fratton Park.

Flexi-season ticket holders who chose not to upgrade to a full season ticket can already secure a seat for the games against Cambridge, Sunderland, Cheltenham, Ipswich, Bolton, AFC Wimbledon, Sheffield Wednesday, Morecambe and Oxford.

Tickets are due to go on sale to members at 6pm this evening (September 9).

However, members who require either a wheelchair space or ambulant ticket will be able to visit the Anson Road ticket office or call them on 0345 646 1898 (option one) from 3pm until 5pm.

The general sale period for these games begins at 6pm on Friday, September 10. Again, however, supporters who require a wheelchair space or ambulant ticket will be able to call or visit the ticket office from 3pm-5pm that day.

Disabled supporters can secure a free ticket for their assistant if they are on the highest rate of DLA or PIP. If you have not previously provided us with evidence of this, then please bring it with you to the ticket office or, alternatively, email it to tickets@pompeyfc.co.uk

Please note that the ticket office and phone lines are open from 9am-5.30pm between Monday and Friday. The ticket office will also be open from 10am-2pm this Saturday (September 11), although phone lines will be closed.
