Season ticket and membership cards are being sent out by the club to supporters from the week commencing Monday, September 6.
Full season ticket holders will have all home league games (apart from the rescheduled Plymouth fixture – see details below) loaded onto these cards, which can be used to access Fratton Park on a matchday.
They also act as a pre-paid payment card and can be used as part of the club’s new loyalty and rewards programme.
This fantastic new initiative – which sees points earned that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and experiences – is launching soon, with more information to follow in the near future.
Please note that all cards are being sent out individually, so people in the same household will not necessarily receive their cards on the same day.
Anybody who has not received their card by Friday, September 10 should contact the ticket office for assistance.
Some members will not receive their cards immediately while we await new stock. This is due to the significantly higher demand for memberships compared to previous seasons. Those who are affected will be contacted directly. Click here for more details.
Flexi-season ticket holders and members
Flexi-season ticket holders who chose not to upgrade to a full season ticket and members will still receive etickets that can either be printed at home or scanned at the turnstiles using your mobile device.
Plymouth game
Please note that the rescheduled Plymouth game on Tuesday, September 21 is not included in full season tickets and will not be loaded onto any cards.
Individual tickets must be bought for this fixture and supporters will receive an eticket which can be printed at home or scanned at the turnstiles.
Seat details
Please note that your seat details will not be printed on your card.
This is because the cards were produced when the club were planning to sell only flexi-season tickets and also because the Covid-19 pandemic and ongoing stadium works meant the club were previously unsure on what the capacity of Fratton Park would be for this season.
All full season ticket holders can find their seat details in the confirmation email they received after purchasing their season ticket.
These details will also be emailed out to all season ticket holders next week, while physical cards are also being produced to be sent out to season ticket holders before the Cambridge United home fixture. These should be taken to Fratton Park along with your season card and can be shown to matchday stewards if prompted.
Seat details for flexi-season ticket holders who chose not to upgrade and members will be printed on your eticket when you purchase tickets for any home match.
