Ryan Tunnicliffe has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Player of the Month award for August.
The summer signing enjoyed a successful start to his Blues career, contributing three assists before netting the Fratton Park winner against Shrewsbury.
He will have to fight off competition from Oxford midfielder James Henry, Sheffield Wednesday keeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell and Morecambe striker Cole Stockton.
The winner will be announced on Friday morning and is decided by a judging panel that includes Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, EFL communications director Mark Rowan and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
