And substitute Rosie McDonnell wrapped things up in the closing stages to ensure the trophy would be claimed by the Blues for a 13th time in a row.
Pompey have met Moneyfields in each of the past two PDFA Cup finals.
The Blues were denied by the post and crossbar on several occasions, but managed to get the job done in a penalty shoot-out to claim the 2021 silverware.
And goals from Becki Bath, Jade Bradley and Jade Widdows secured a 4-1 victory in the 2020 showpiece.
