Danny Cowley's side finish the 2021/22 campaign at Hillsborough on Saturday, April 30 (12.30pm kick-off).
Blues fans have been allocated 2,100 tickets for the contest and the quickest and easiest way to secure your seat is by visiting our eticketing site.
Alternatively, fans can visit the ticket office located inside the Anson Road club shop.

Disabled Supporters
Wheelchair and ambulant tickets are priced at the above rates and include an assistant if on the highest rate of DLA or PIP.
A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis for £5 by calling Sheffield Wednesday on 03700 201867.
Booking Fees
There will be a £2 booking fee (per booking) for any tickets purchased over the phone. There is no booking fee for tickets purchased online or in person.
There is a £1 postage fee for any tickets that need to be sent out.
