Pompey Women are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Taylor Macdonald.
The 18-year-old joins the Blues after leaving Reading's academy set-up at the end of last season.
Macdonald has featured for the club in pre-season, scoring in the 5-0 victory over Swindon.
Blues boss Jay Sadler said: "I'm really pleased to welcome Taylor to the football club. I have a lot of admiration for her, and I’m looking forward to supporting her development.
"She's a nice footballer, most things just come natural to her. The way she manipulates the football is exceptional for someone of her age.
"As is her current game intelligence, stemming from her passion and love of the game. These two ingredients is what excites me about Taylor.
"We're not going to overload her with expectations. She needs time to settle in with the group, understand our way and find some rhythm. When this happens, we will have a very exciting ball player on our hands."
