Some supporters experienced issues earlier this afternoon (December 12) when trying to buy multiple tickets for the Emirates FA Cup tie against Tottenham.
Any of those fans who purchased tickets for friends/family members in their ticketing network and are now sitting separately, should contact the ticket office, who will work hard to get them all sitting together.
They can call 0345 646 1898 (option one), with lines remaining open until 7.30pm this evening.
If you experience problems getting through on the phone lines due to queues, then please email facup@pompeyfc.co.uk by midday on Wednesday (December 14) and detail all the Client IDs associated with your booking. A member of the ticket office team will respond within the next 24 hours.
