Fratton Park Redevelopment: South Stand Works

Supporters in lower tier will need to relocate for three fixtures

15 February 2022

Portsmouth Football Club can confirm that the next phase of the stadium redevelopment is due to commence in the South Stand from Monday, April 4.

This work will see a reprofiling of the South Stand at Fratton Park, which will transform the structure into one continuous tier.

Supporters will benefit from improved sightlines, consistent floor levels and increased concourse space.

To help ensure that work is complete ahead of the 2022/23 campaign, season ticket holders located in Blocks T-W of the South Lower will need to relocate following the commencing of stadium work on Monday, April 4.

This will affect the final three fixtures of the season against Lincoln (Friday, April 15), Gillingham (Saturday, April 23) and the recently rearranged game versus Wigan (Tuesday, April 26).

Fans who are seated in this area of the ground have been sent a survey. We would encourage them to complete this by Sunday, February 27 so that we can begin the process to secure the best seating for these matches.

In the event of any affected supporter not receiving this survey, then it can be completed here.

Portsmouth Football Club would like to apologise to fans for any inconvenience this may cause and thank them or their continued support throughout the whole stadium development works, which will improve safety for everyone and see an increase in capacity for the 2022/23 season.

Please note that we only require one supporter from each family/friendship group to complete the form for their moving party. They will be asked for the name and Client ID of all supporters they are completing the form on behalf of.
