Pompey Women have completed the signing of midfielder Annie Rolf.
The 23-year-old progressed through the ranks at Brighton & Hove Albion's Centre of Excellence.
She went on to feature for the under-21 side and made three appearances for the first team between 2015 and 2017.
The midfielder flew out to America to study and play her football in 2017, returning to the UK last December.
Blues boss Jay Sadler said: "It's great to welcome Annie to Pompey. She's a player I've admired highly and I've really enjoyed watching her development out in America.
"She's an infectious character who will bring energy and enthusiasm to our group. She's been training with the girls for the past few weeks and has settled in well.
"Annie is a brave midfield player who is willing to pick the ball up anywhere on the pitch and also brings a real tenacity against the ball.
"I'm excited to get to work with Annie on the training ground and I think the supporters will enjoy watching her play."
