Norwich have recalled Gassan Ahadme from his loan spell with Pompey.
The 21-year-old forward has now moved to fellow League One side Burton on a permanent deal.
Gassan made 10 appearances during his time at Fratton Park, with his only goal arriving in the Papa John’s Trophy group stage victory over Crystal Palace U21s.
"As with Ellis Harrison and Paul Downing, who have also departed recently, we wish him nothing but success moving forward."
Blues boss Danny Cowley said: “There was interest in him from other clubs in our division – and rightly so because he’s a talented young player.

Gassan signed for Pompey on loan last summer after impressing during a pre-season trial, which included a friendly hat-trick against the Hawks at Westleigh Park.
