Alex Bass impressed on his debut for Bradford and was voted man-of-the-match following their 2-1 win over Walsall.

The 23-year-old goalkeeper made a string of fine stops, including a stunning reflex save from a close-range header on the stroke of half-time.

Callum Johnson helped Fleetwood earn a dramatic 3-3 draw with Plymouth at Highbury Stadium.

The Cod Army were 3-1 down until the 89th minute, when former Blues striker Ellis Harrison pulled one back and Johnson headed on for Anthony Pilkington to grab a last-gasp equaliser.

Haji Mnoga is still searching for his first win as a Weymouth player, although the Terras took the lead against Dagenham & Redbridge.

The National League side conceded twice in the second half to eventually lose 2-1.

Dan Gifford and Harvey Hughes were both in action for Bognor, but the Rocks went down 3-1 to Bishop's Stortford in the Isthmian League.

Gifford played the full 90 minutes, while Hughes was replaced by ex-Pompey midfielder Charlie Bell in the second half.

Harry Jewitt-White was used as a 73rd-minute substitute for Havant & Waterlooville, who conceded a stoppage-time equaliser to draw 1-1 with Tonbridge Angels.

Academy stopper Conor Manderson featured on the bench for Eastbourne during their 1-1 draw with Dulwich Hamlet.
