The latest instalment of the Pompey Business Hub was a hit at a sun-drenched Fratton Park.
Powered by Network My Club, the July networking lunch attracted dozens of local businesses, business leaders and club partners to the Victory Lounge.
Guests enjoyed a relaxed and informal event, with plenty of tea and coffee to keep them hydrated, with a delicious buffet lunch to fuel the networking activity.
Following lunch, Clare Martin MBE, CEO of Pompey in the Community, shared an update of the work they are doing across the city.
This included a progress report on the exciting John Jenkins Stadium project – the new sports facility right in the middle of the city, currently in the construction phase.

Following lunch and Clare’s update, guests were treated to a view from the stands inside the stadium.
Despite the extensive developments being undertaken at Fratton Park, chief commercial officer Anna Mitchell guided guests around the stadium and provided an update on th renovations taking place.
Event attendee Rob Fryer, director of Brand Storm, posted on LinkedIn: "Another great networking afternoon with Network My Club at Portsmouth FC, enjoying the sunshine and a great talk on the community projects going on around the club from Clare Martin MBE.”
Helen Clements, director of Troy Accounting, commented: “A brilliant networking event!”
