Pompey Women have completed the signing of midfielder Anisha Hill.
The 22-year-old progressed through the ranks at Reading and Chelsea, then flew out to America to complete a degree and featured for both Boston and Bridgewater.
She signed for Leeds upon her return to the UK and left the club at the end of the 2019/20 season.
Blues boss Jay Sadler said: "I’m delighted to welcome Anisha to Pompey. She’s been training with us for over a month now, integrating into the group well.
"I feel she really complements what we stand for and it’s certainly an exciting acquisition for us."
"Finally we have her international clearance signed off, enabling her to be in the matchday squad.
"Anisha is a highly technical player, who wants to get on the ball and begin attacks.
"Her vision and understanding of the game have been the biggest stand-outs since her arrival and I feel she’ll be a huge asset to our midfield options.
"Off the pitch, her infectious character has brought positivity and energy to this group.
