Pompey Women's National League clash at Southampton on Wednesday, April 20 has been moved to St Mary's Stadium (7.45pm kick-off).
Fratton Park played host to the last south coast derby, with a late own-goal settling the contest in the visitors' favour.
The two sides also met in the FA Cup at Westleigh Park, where Cherelle Khassal's goal in the first half was not enough to secure the Blues a space in round four.
