The answers to some frequently asked questions about purchasing your 2022/23 Pompey season ticket

How do I renew my season ticket online?
Log into your eticketing account, select your profile and click on the notification to renew your season ticket.

Can I renew my season ticket at the ticket office.
We advise season ticket holders to renew their season ticket online, as it is quicker and easier, with no need to queue. However, supporters can visit or call the ticket office during opening hours (9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) if they prefer.

Can I pay for my season ticket using cash or a cheque?
Fratton Park is a cashless stadium and ticket office staff do not have the facilities to accept payment by cash or cheques. All season tickets will need to be bought using a credit/debit card (please note that we do not accept American Express).

When does the early bird period end?
The early bird period ends at 5.30pm on Friday, July 8 and prices will increase at this point. Click here to see a full list of prices.

When can South Stand season ticket holders renew?
Supporters with a season ticket in the South Stand can renew from 9am on Monday, June 6. These season ticket holders will be contacted by email by the end of this week with a specific seat in the redeveloped South Stand and we encourage you to accept/reject this. Anyone who does not respond will still have this seat reserved for them when the renewal period begins from Monday, June 6.

How long is my seat reserved for?
All existing season ticket holders will have their seat reserved until 5.30pm on Thursday, June 30. As the South Stand season ticket renewal process will start later, the deadline to reserve seats in the South Stand is 5.30pm on Thursday, July 7. After these dates, seats will be released for general sale.

What is the processed for disabled supporters?
Season ticket renewals for wheelchair and ambulant tickets can be completed online via your eticketing account, in person at the ticket office or over the phone. Supporters requiring an assistant will need to show proof of DLA or PIP. Your space/seat will be reserved until 5.30pm on Thursday, July 7.

Am I able to spread the cost of my season ticket?
The club have confirmed details for spreading the cost of your season tiket through Premium Credit and more details can be found here.

I am an existing season ticket holder – can I move to a different seat?
If you want to discuss moving to a new seat, this must be done in person at the Anson Road ticket office. Please note that supporters cannot move into the North Lower or South Stand until after the second or third home league fixture (depending on the fixture list) and this is subject to availability.

Supporters wishing to move seats may wish to wait until 9am on Monday, July 4 as any unrenewed seats will be released for general sale and there may be greater availability. At this point they can call or visit the ticket office, or email tickets@pompeyfc.co.uk

How can I buy a new season ticket?
Members from the 2021/22 season will be able to purchase a season ticket in either the Fratton End or North Upper from 5.30pm on Wednesday, June 8. Non-members can purchase a season ticket in either the Fratton End or North Upper from 9am on Monday, June 13.

Can I buy a new season ticket in the South Stand or North Lower?
The club will not be selling any new season tickets in these areas. This is to allow existing flexi-season ticket holders renewing seats in the South Stand and North Lower to check they are happy with their seat for the first two league fixtures, with the opportunity to move to an alternative seat in those stands during that period.

Supporters are advised to buy a season ticket in the Fratton End or North Upper and they can then move, subject to availability, after the second or third home league fixture (depending on the fixture list).

Can I buy a ticket for one of the padded seats in the South Stand?
South Stand season ticket holders who would like to upgrade into padded executive seating will need to discuss this in person at the ticket office from 9am on Monday, June 6.

Supporters in other areas of the ground can move to any remaining available padded seat, subject to availability, after the second or third home league fixture (depending on the fixture list). Supporters may also want to purchase a hospitality package in this part of the ground, with details to be announced in due course.

When do hospitality season tickets go on sale?
We are finalising hospitality plans for the new season and these will be announced in due course.

Will the seat I sat in last season be available to renew?
Supporters in the South Stand and North Lower will be contacted directly with seat offers due to the redevelopment work in these areas of the ground. Supporters in other areas of the stadium who were asked to move seats during the 2021/22 season should note that the seat the renew will be the season ticket they held in the 2019/20 season. If you wish to retain your 2021/22 seat, please contact the ticket office.

When will season cards be sent out?
All season cards will be posted out in mid-July. There will be a £2 fee to cover the cost of postage.
