Haji Mnoga has been selected in the Tanzania squad for their forthcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers
The Taifa Stars have matches against Niger (Saturday, June 4) and Algeria (Wednesday, June 8).
They are beginning their quest to qualify for the finals – which are being held in Ivory Coast in 2023 – for just the third time.
The Pompey academy graduate had made 15 senior appearances for the club, finishing last season on loan with National League outfit Weymouth.
He is not the only Blues player on international duty in June, with Joe Morrell, Alfie Bridgman and Harry Jewitt-White also representing their countries.
