Jay Mingi returns to the Pompey starting line-up for this evening’s televised League One clash with Derby at Fratton Park.
He replaces Ryan Tunnicliffe in the only change from the side that drew at Morecambe last weekend.
But there is a welcome return to the bench for Ronan Curtis, who has recovered from an ankle injury.
