Owen Dale has enjoyed a bright start to his career on the south coast.
The winger joined Pompey in a season-long loan deal from Blackpool last month and has featured in every match since.
He has played a key role in helping them remain unbeaten in League One, with the Blues sitting level on points with Ipswich at the summit.
And Dale is hoping that fine form can continue when they make the trip to Burton on Tuesday evening.
He said: “I’m really enjoying it down here. It’s a great group and I’m happy with where I’m at – although I still think there’s more to come.
“The way we’ve been able to start the season can only be enjoyable and we want to see that continue.
"The team always comes first and everyone has got an important role to play if we want the wins to keep coming."

Dale followed hot on the heels of midfielder Tom Lowery, who he previously played alongside at Crewe.
The 23-year-old said: “It’s always nice to see faces you recognise when you come to a new club because it can be quite daunting.
“He’s a really good player and it doesn’t surprise me how well he’s settled into the side because I’ve played with him since the age of seven or eight.
“I know the quality that Tom possesses and that he’ll be an asset for any side. Hopefully he can just keep going.”
