Pompey supporters who have purchased a season ticket for the 2023/24 campaign should now have received their new season card.
If you have not yet received your card, then please click here to fill out an online form.
The ticket office will then begin reprinting season cards and send them out to the address you provide from the week commencing August 7.
For the Bristol Rovers game, affected supporters will be sent an eticket to the email address they provide in the form.
If your season card arrives after you fill out the form then this will need to be discarded, as the reprinted card that is sent out will stop the original one from working at the turnstiles.
Supporters who do not have access to the internet or struggle with providing their details can visit the ticket office or call the club and a member of staff will the form out on their behalf.
