Haji Mnoga has joined Aldershot on a season-long loan deal.
The 21-year-old returns to the National League club, where he impressed during the second half of last term.
He has made 18 senior appearances for Pompey after progressing through the academy, including five League One outings.
The Tanzania international has also previously had temporary spells with Bognor, Bromley, Weymough and Gillingham.
