Matchday Guide: Pompey v Barnsley

Pompey are back in action when they take on Barnsley at Fratton Park on Saturday (3pm kick-off).

And there is plenty going on around the ground to get everyone in the mood for the big game.

Fanzone & Refreshments
Our DJ will be spinning the decks and getting everyone pumped ahead of kick-off, while younger fans can enjoy fun games courtesy of Pompey in the Community.

The shipping container behind the Fratton End will be serving chicken strips, chips, BBQ beef brisket and mac 'n' cheese.

Meanwhile, pizza and Moretti is available from kiosk four in the North Stand, while kids can enjoy free fruit from the family kiosk (14) in the South Stand.

The Victory Bar – which can also be accessed after the game – shipping container and external North Stand kiosk will all be open from midday.

Please note that only supporters seated in the Fratton End will have access to the container bar at half-time.

The early bird special of a pie and a pint for just £7.95 (or pie and a soft drink for £6) is available from when the turnstiles open at 1.30pm until 2pm.

We are continuing to trial the ‘beer token’ system in the North Stand. They are available from kiosks three and five, which have express queues, but can also be redeemed in any of the regular kiosk queues in the North Stand.

Supporters in the North Lower should note that if the bars/kiosks get congested, there are more available in the North Upper.

Green Football Weekend
Pompey are delighted to be supporting Green Football Weekend – the world's biggest football campaign to tackle climate change.
