Three members of Pompey’s academy side have joined local Southern League sides on work experience loans.
Forwards Destiny Ojo and Sam Folarin have gone to Poole Town, while left-back Harvey Laidlaw has signed for Gosport Borough.
The trio have all featured for the Blues’ first team during pre-season, with Ojo netting against both Gosport and Havant & Waterlooville.
"Going out and experiencing competitive men’s football will provide a different challenge."
Academy manager Greg Miller said: “These are positive loan moves for Destiny, Harvey and Sam, which will help support their development.
“They all have experience of playing for us in the Youth Alliance League, but going out and experiencing competitive men’s football will provide a different challenge and we will be keeping a close eye on their progress.”
