Harry Redknapp has been confirmed as the guest speaker for Pompey’s end of season awards dinner.
One of the most successful managers in the club’s history, he guided the Blues into the Premier League in 2003 and FA Cup glory at Wembley in 2008.
The former West Ham and Bournemouth midfielder later took Tottenham into the Champions League.
Redknapp then became a favourite with a whole new generation when he was named ‘King of the Jungle’ after winning the 2018 series of ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’
He will now be regaling guests with tales from his life and football career at a glittering black-tie event in the Victory Lounge from 6.30pm on Tuesday, May 2.
Supporters can get suited and booted and enjoy an evening of fantastic food and great company, with members of the squad and management team joining tables for a truly memorable four-course fine-dining experience.
Those present will also enjoy a welcome drink, a raffle and auction, and be able to watch the awards handed out.
The following awards will be up for grabs on the night:
- Men’s Player of the Season
- Men’s Players’ Player of the Season
- Goal of the Season
- Women's Player of the Season
- Women's Young Player of the Season
