The EFL have released key dates for supporters’ diaries ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
It all starts with fixture release day on Thursday, June 22, with all 72 EFL clubs announcing their schedules at 9am.
The opening round of fixtures will take place across the weekend of August 4-6, with the first round of the Carabao Cup following in the week commencing August 7.
Wembley will play host to the Carabao Cup final on Sunday, February 25, in what will be the first of five showpiece finals in the EFL calendar, with the EFL Trophy final taking place on Sunday, April 7.
The season-ending Sky Bet EFL play-offs will once again be staged at Wembley Stadium – this time across two weekends in May 2024.
The League One final starts proceedings on Saturday, May 18, with the League Two final played the following day.
The Championship final then takes centre stage the following weekend on Sunday, May 26.
