Pompey have been drawn at home to AFC Wimbledon in the last 32 of the Bristol Street Motors Trophy.
The tie is scheduled to take place at Fratton Park in the week commencing December 4, with a confirmed date and ticket information to be announced in due course.
John Mousinho's side were guaranteed a home tie after finishing top of Southern Group E, collecting eight points from their three games.
The Dons – who currently sit 10th in League Two – were runners-up behind Wycombe in Group C.
It was a goal-fest in the first meeting between the sides in this competition back in September 2021.
Ellis Harrison netted a hat-trick for the Blues, but it was not enough to prevent a 5-3 defeat in the group stage.
They also met last season, with a bonus point penalty shoot-out win for Pompey as both sides progressed to the knockout rounds.
