Update: The fibre cable has now been repaired and internet services restored to Fratton Park.
Our phone lines are now back operational allowing us to process ticket sales over the phone, in person and online.
Update: City Fibre have sent an engineer to the Fratton area this afternoon to further investigate the ongoing issues with our fibre connection.
They have confirmed that the issue has been identified outside of the footprint of Fratton Park.
The fibre cable that provides internet services to the whole of Fratton Park, including the data required to run our phone system, has failed.
They are currently deciding whether to undertake a temporary repair or replace the cable run in its entirety.
Until the cable is repaired, or replaced, the club will be unable to facilitate sales over the phone.
We will continue to keep supporters updated once we are provided more details on the external repair.
Update: Portsmouth Football Club are pleased to report that we have partially resolved the IT issues experienced this morning.
We are now able to facilitate in-person sales, in addition to the continuation of online sales.
Unfortunately, the club phone lines are still non-operational and, therefore, we cannot facilitate sales over the phone.
As such, we encourage supporters to book tickets via their eticketing account or in person from the Anson Road ticket office.
Portsmouth Football Club apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate the understanding supporters have shown throughout the morning.
The on-sale windows previously communicated will continue as planned, both online and in person within the ticket office at Fratton Park. A reminder of these can be seen below.

We are still unable to take bookings in person or over the phone. However, supporters with 56+ loyalty points are able to purchase online via their eticketing account.
Supporters visiting Fratton Park, who have the correct number of loyalty points, can provide their booking details and once the current issues are resolved, they will be contacted to complete their purchases.
The club will provide another update at 12.15pm, 45 minutes ahead of the next scheduled sales window.
Portsmouth Football Club are currently experiencing an IT issue that is affecting ticket sales.
It means that tickets can currently only be purchased online here, with no sales able to be made in person or over the phone.
Tickets for the FA Cup tie at Chesterfield went on sale at 10am today (October 24) to supporters with 56+ loyalty points as advertised.
Those supporters who made the journey to Fratton Park this morning have been able to provide their booking details and once the current issues are resolved, they will be contacted to complete their purchases.
The next window is currently scheduled to open at 1pm for those with 40+ loyalty points.
If the current issues cannot be resolved ahead of this, the club will delay sales to ensure that supporters who do not have access to their eticketing account are not at a disadvantage.
