Club to apply for safe-standing licence

Work to install rail seating in the back 10 rows of the Fratton End has now been completed.
This six-figure investment has been undertaken to allow the club to apply for a safe-standing licence from the Sports Ground Safety Authority.
It follows the previous installation of rail seats as part of the ongoing redevelopment of the Milton End.
This will help protect Fratton Park’s capacity in areas of the ground where persistent standing in seated areas has previously been problematic.
