Pompey celebrated their title triumph by lifting the League One trophy at a jubilant Fratton Park.
The squad were presented with their medals before skipper Marlon Pack proudly hoisted the silverware high above his head.
Players and members of the backroom team then embarked on a lap of honour around Fratton Park with their families.
The scenes came after a 2-1 defeat to Wigan for John Mousinho's men in their final home fixture of the campaign.
