Colby Bishop has been nominated for the PFA League One Fans' Player of the Month award for January.
The prolific striker enjoyed a successful month, netting three times to help Pompey maintain their position at the top of the table.
He found the target in a 2-1 victory over Stevenage on New Year's Day, going on to score in games at Port Vale and Oxford.
Bishop will have to see off competition from Leyton Orient's Dan Agyei, Barnsley's Devante Cole, Derby's James Collins, Blackpool's Karamoko Dembélé and Oxford's Mark Harris to land the prize.
