Several members of the Pompey squad were involved for their loan clubs at the weekend.
Harry Jewitt-White
A rejuvenated Havant & Waterlooville had a tough test as they continued their unlikely bid for National League South survival.
They hosted a high-flying Maidstone side full of confidence ahead of their upcoming trip to Ipswich in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
But the Hawks caused an upset at Westleigh Park, with Jewitt-White helping them battle from behind to secure a 2-1 victory, courtesy of Ryan Seager's brace.

Toby Steward
The teenage keeper was between the sticks again for Gosport, as they drew with 1-1 Plymouth Parkway at Privett Park.
And there was nothing that Steward could do about Jack Crago's superb lobbed leveller for the visitors just before the break.
The result leaves Boro sitting fourth in the Southern League Premier standings, although they have two games in hand on all the sides above them.
Harvey Laidlaw & Mitch Aston
The academy duo have both been involved in successive victories for Horndean in the Isthmian League South East Division.
Full-back Laidlaw started the first of those, which saw a 2-0 home win over Erith & Belvedere, and then came off the bench in a 3-1 triumph at Chichester.
Midfielder Aston was on from the beginning of that latter contest, as the Deans climbed up to 13th position in the standings.
