Find the answers to some frequently asked questions about securing your 2024/25 Pompey season ticket.

What are the key dates for purchasing season tickets and how much do they cost?

Why is my season ticket a different price category to last season? 
This could be for one of the following reasons:
- Our wheelchair and ambulant season ticket pricing has gone from a single price to being split based on age. If your ambulant/wheelchair price does not match your age, please contact the ticket office.
- If you do not have a DOB on your account, or it is the incorrect DOB for the supporter in the seat you are purchasing, this cannot be changed online. Please contact the ticket office if you need to update with correct information and have valid ID (eg, birth certificate). 

Checks will take place at the turnstiles, so please ensure the correct supporter is assigned to each seat.

I am a 2023/24 half-season ticket holder. Am I able to renew my seat for the full 2024/25 campaign?
Yes, 2023/24 half-season ticket holders get the chance to renew their seat for the entirety of the 2024/25 season from 10am on Wednesday, May 22 onwards.

Where are the family seating areas? 
These are located in blocks NLA and NLB of the North Stand, block A in the South Stand and the lower seating in block D of the South Stand.

How do I renew my seat? 
You can renew your seat online or at the ticket office. Please renew online to avoid booking fees.
I’ve gone into the eticket website and cannot find my seat to renew.
All existing season ticket holders will have their seat held and you can follow the renewal guide above to confirm your season ticket.

Do booking fees apply? 
There is a £5.50 fulfilment charge to cover the cost of your season card, season ticket holder pin badge, season ticket pack and postage. 

There are no additional booking fees to purchase online, but supporters booking over the phone or in person will incur a £3 booking fee.

How can I update my address and other information online?
You can do this by logging into your eticketing account.

I did not have a 2023/24 season ticket, so how do I purchase a new season ticket?
Portsmouth Football Club have a waiting list for season tickets from 2024/25 onwards. Supporters on the waiting list will have the first opportunity to purchase a season ticket ahead of general sale, subject to availability. Supporters on the waiting list will be prioritised in chronological order. Click here to purchase a place on the waiting list.

How do I find out my position on the waiting list?
You can do this by logging into your eticketing account or checking the email you received upon joining the waiting list.

Can I purchase more than one season ticket using my Client ID? 
No, you must assign a client ID to each seat. You can create new accounts free of charge online here or via the ticket office should you need to. 

I am a lifetime season ticket holder, so do I still need to renew? 
Yes, all season ticket holders should confirm their seat online. You will need to pay the £5.50 fulfilment charge only.

Can I renew my season ticket at the ticket office?
We advise season ticket holders to renew their season ticket online, as it is quicker and easier, with no need to queue or pay booking fees. However, supporters can visit or call the ticket office during opening hours (9am-5.15pm on Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) if they prefer. 

Can I pay for my season ticket using cash or a cheque? 
Fratton Park is a cashless stadium and ticket office staff do not have the facilities to accept payment by cash or cheques. All season tickets will need to be bought using a credit/debit card (please note that we do not accept American Express). 

When does the renewal period end? 
The renewal period ends at 5pm on Wednesday, June 12 2024, at which point any seats that have not been renewed will be available for waiting list/general sale and there is an increase in prices. Click here to see a full list of prices and dates.

How long is my seat reserved for? 
All existing season ticket holders will have their seat reserved until 5pm on Wednesday, June 12 2024. 

What is the process for disabled supporters? 
Season ticket renewals for wheelchair and ambulant tickets can be completed online via your eticketing account, in person at the ticket office or over the phone. Supporters requiring an assistant will need to show proof of DLA or PIP. Your space/seat will be reserved until 5pm on Wednesday, June 12 2024. Please note that season tickets for assistants are not automatically renewed and this will need to be done manually when you renew your wheelchair user/ambulant ticket by contacting the ticket office.

I am an existing season ticket holder – can I move to a different seat? 
If you want to discuss moving to a new seat, you first need to renew your existing seat. Any unrenewed seats will be released from 10am on Saturday, June 15 and there may be greater availability. At this point, supporters can call or visit the ticket office, or email

I have just renewed my season ticket – why have my loyalty points not been added?
Loyalty points for your season ticket purchase will be added to your account post-fulfillment and printing of your season card closer to the start of the season.

How can I buy a new season ticket? 
New season tickets will first be made available to those on the waiting list. These will be available to purchase from 10am on Tuesday, June 25 2024 (subject to availability).

Supporters not on the waiting list will be able to purchase from 10am on Thursday, July 11 2024 (subject to availability).

Can I pay for my season ticket in monthly instalments?
Yes, we offer a finance option via V12 Finance. This option is only available online via the eticketing site. Simply choose this payment option at the checkout and follow the on-screen application steps. Finance is subject to credit check and approval from V12.

Can I buy a ticket for one of the padded seats in the South Stand? 
Season ticket holders who would like to upgrade into padded executive seating will need to discuss this in person at the ticket office during the seat move period from Saturday, June 15. However, those renewing their padded seat will be able to do at the same time as other season ticket holder.

When do hospitality season tickets go on sale? 
Supporters who enjoyed seasonal hospitality during the 2023/24 season are also able to renew for the 2024/25 campaign from 10am on Wednesday, May 22 and will be contacted in advance of this by our hospitality team.

When will season cards be sent out? 
All season cards will be posted out no later than one week before the first home league game of the season. There is a £5.50 fulfilment charge to cover the cost of your season card, season ticket holder pin badge, season ticket pack and postage.

Can I buy a car park season ticket?
There will be no new seasonal car park passes sold for the 2024/25 season. Existing car park season ticket holders will be contacted by the club in due course.
