1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pompey+ streaming and content service (“Service”) provided by Portsmouth Football Club (“PFC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2 By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Access and Use

2.1 To access Pompey+, you must register an account and purchase a subscription or pass via our website.

2.2 Accounts are for individual, personal use only. Sharing your login or streaming account details with others is strictly prohibited.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.4 The Service is for non-commercial use. Any unauthorised commercial use is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access.

3. Content Availability

3.1 Pompey+ provides access to a range of digital content, including live match video and audio, full match replays (subject to rights), interviews, highlights, and behind-the-scenes features.

3.2 Due to broadcast rights agreements, the availability of content may vary by region and device.

3.3 Live match video streaming is only available to supporters located outside the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man, unless a match has been selected for exclusive international broadcast.

3.4 We reserve the right to modify, suspend or remove content at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Subscription and pass fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase and are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes prior to your renewal date.

4.2 Payment is taken via a secure third-party provider and must be made using one of the accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

4.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorise PFC to charge the applicable subscription fee.

4.4 Pompey+ Premium Content Passes for the 2024/25 season will automatically cancel on July 1, 2025.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by visiting the "Manage Subscriptions" section of your Pompey+ account or by contacting us at streaming@pompeyfc.co.uk.

5.2 To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

5.3 Refunds are offered only in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchases: Accidental repeat transactions.
Technical Issues: Verified platform issues not resolved by support.

5.4 Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind
Inability to access the service due to user/device incompatibility or third-party platform restrictions
Issues not reported to support during the match or within 7 days

5.5 All refund requests must be submitted to streaming@pompeyfc.co.uk, including your supporter ID and reason for request. Requests will be evaluated within 5–7 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content and trademarks on Pompey+ are owned by Portsmouth FC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, or exploit the content without written consent.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

7.2 Portsmouth FC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including (but not limited to) loss of data, profits, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
