The defender joined Pompey on a permanent deal in the summer of 2020, having spent the previous season on loan at Fratton Park.
He came through the ranks at Dover before signing for Lincoln in the summer of 2016.
Raggett played under former Blues boss Danny Cowley at Sincil Bank and famously scored a late FA Cup winner at Premier League outfit Burnley.
It meant the Imps became the first non-league side to reach the quarter-finals of the competition for 103 years.
He headed to the south coast after a spell with Norwich and was voted 'Player of the Season' by supporters at the end of the 2021/22 campaign.
The centre-back brought up 200 appearances for the club when he featured in a Carabao Cup tie against Peterborough in August 2023.
