The versatile forward joined Pompey on a season-long loan deal from Norwich in July 2023.
He joined the Canaries at the age of 10 and progressed through their academy, signing his first professional deal in January 2021.
He replaced Teemu Pukki in the 70th minute of a Championship defeat to Sheffield United to make his senior bow a couple of years later.
That was one of three appearances Kamara made for the Canaries at the end of the 2022/23 campaign, also featuring in matches against Rotherham and Blackpool.
