Born in Portsmouth. James graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Sports Coaching. He has held coaching roles with the National FA as a Technical coach within England Futsal, Nottingham Forest working with their U9-U18 age groups, Boston United as first team coach and performance lead roles within Nottingham and Loughborough University. Experiences that have supported his progression within the club from March 2020, having recently obtained the Head of Coaching position.
James shares a wealth of experience from his tutoring experiences, strategic management positions and player development roles. All of which are underpinned with the necessary qualifications of the UEFA A, and Advanced Youth Award.
