Tim joined Pompey in 2022 as the Academy Player Care Lead.
Tim has an undergraduate and a master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology and is currently training to be an accredited Sport Psychologist with the British Association of Sports and Exercise Science.
Tim previously worked at Aldershot Town FC’s academy as a Sport Psychologist in training working with the under 13s to under 18s. Tim has also worked in gymnastics working with competitive gymnasts aged 8 to 14.
