Pompey Women

Pompey Women were founded in 1987 and they're currently in the FA Women's National League Southern Premier Division, playing their home games at Havant and Waterlooville's Westleigh Park.

The team are managed by Jay Sadler who was appointed in 2016, stepping up from his role as assistant. He took on a full-time role at the start of the 2022/23 campaign and led the Blues to a fourth-placed finish in that season.

In June 2023, it was announced that Pompey Women were to be integrated alongside the men's team under the ownership of The Tornante Company. Jane Eisner became chair, overseeing new investment which allowed semi-professional contracts to be offered to players for the first time.
